A great year defined by two events that would have a decisive influence on my future:
1. I married my fiancée, Liane
2. I travelled to Las Vegas for the first time in my life, learned to play Seven Card Stud and won 6,000 dollars at the first go. Thus, this year is inextricably linked to the beginning of my poker career.
